Founder of Independence Notary Services

Erica Coates is the owner and founder of Independence Notary Services- based out of the Annapolis/ Glen Burnie area of Maryland. She is currently a commissioned Notary public, and certified loan/title producing agent in the state of MD. The Maryland native is a single mother and currently lives in the Baltimore, MD area with her young daughter. While she is still exploring the workforce, she decided to branch out and begin her own series of business which include mobile Notary Public, Apostille Agent, Title Producing agent, and some credit restoration.

My mission to exemplify ethical standards of conduct and sound notary practices, render detailed notary services with convenience, professionalism, competence, and flexibility for every client, while saving them time and money.

VISION

My vision is to build the strongest of networks with other investors that are in need of my services throughout Anne Arundel County.
